Truly Scrumptious Challenge

Good day everyone and yet again it's an absolutely glorious one here.. to the extent it's been so hard to get a picture of my card due to the intense sunlight pouring through the windows... Smithy cat is sure enjoying it though, only problem is too much sun and he becomes real crabby... guess we're probably gonna have a few scratches before the days' out !!!

Anyway.. to get on with some business... here's my card for this weeks challenge over at the Truly Scrumptious challenge blog... a fab sketch is provided to make your life a little easier with the optional challenge of incorporating a knot... for this I used my 'Sweet & Sassy' stamp which I adore and coloured her using a combination of promarkers and the NEW Sakura gelly roll (Fine)... these pens are just perfect for working with fine detailed stamps. As for everything else on my card... papers, dew drops & ribbon... these all came from my Duck Pond craft kit.

Well I may love you all to pieces but I'm afraid the sun is calling my name a little too loudly today so guess it's time for me to enter the back garden and be polite to good old Mr Sun... perhaps he'll decide to stay a while then... lol. Hope you all have a fab day and manage to catch a few sun rays yourself.
