New text received from Gayle approx 10 minutes ago to give me a wee update on Maya's condition...
Good news is that today they have moved Maya out of her incubator and taken her off of all the monitors... she is now just on a wee drip and they have also been moved into a wee room of their own on a ward.
Now how's that for excellent news of the day....

p.s. May I also say a huge thanks to everyone who has sent well wishes for Gayle & her family, I know they have been much appreciated as this has been a stressful time for them all.
