Truly Scrumptious Challenge

Phew... think this is my 4th or 5th challenge entry for the day and this time it's another new challenge for me... Truly Scrumptious....

This was a very fun basic sketch to work with and there was an additional option of using 'brads, buttons and bows'... well I managed to squeeze that in too... lol
