This is a little wall hanger I made using some templates and some patterend paper.. oh and a few brads along with some ribbon.

My own little book on Create & Craft

I don't very often say it about my own work... but I love this little book.

I used some templates for the shapes and then some yummy House Mouse decoupage. Utilised by beloved crop a dile then attached some book rings & ribbons.

If you fancy being able to do something similar yourself then why not tune in today... there are 2 different Sakura shows on air today along with repeats... to make life easy... here are the show times.

What a life saver....

Hell's bells' was just about the words that flew from my mouth when I was asked to make a rush card for a 10 year old... only have around 4 hours to get the job done which is no problem with one exception... it has to have a fairy on it and guess who didn't have any fairy images... ME....

Had a mad rummage around the net trying to find a download then suddenly thought.. hmmm... off to Funky Kits I went and yes... I found this adorable little fairy... just perfect for a 10 year old and it was in download format... YIPPEE... was the exclamation to escape from my body. Popped her in my basket, paid, downloaded, printed and now I'm all set to go.

Was so excited about them saving my day that I just had to share with you all before I even started on the card...

Alas, time is running out now so I'm off to make a start as I can't let a little girl down...

A little rest

Afternoon folks... and if it keeps going at the same rate as it has today it's gonna be tea time before I know it...

Jumped onto Facebook to catch up with some mail and been there for a few hours chatting away with friends from school and discovered my niece is going for her call back interview for her dream job this afternoon... so hope she gets it... she's worked so hard at uni and is simply wonderful... love her to bits so I do... only wish she lived closer.

Anyway... now that my playtime is done for the day it's time to move it along, get the house organised and then get back to work... you never know.. might even manage to complete a project that I can actually upload... lol

Well, hope you're all having a fab day and I'll be back again soon.

Reflective !!!

Morning all... Hope you've got a little bit of sunshine wherever you are... As I certainly haven't... It was rather nice at 6am but now it's very heavily overcast... Where has all the sunshine gone?

Anyway, at least I'm pushing ahead with my samples and here's a little piece of another scrap page. I will upload proper pictures in a few days time to reveal the complete project.

In the meantime folks, happy crafting and oh... If you do have sunshine... Please send me some... Lol

Scrapping time

Well it's been a busy old day & now it's time to make a start on a little bit of scrapping... This little cutie here is one of my best friend's little girl's 'Charlie'. She's one of those kids who is always laughing & smiling... Also very inquisitive. Pretty good considering she's only 18 months.

Right, I'm not gonna get anything done if I'm gibbering away here, so I'll bid you farewell for now & catch you all again soon.

Morning all... Sorry I can't post any full projects just now but all I've been making is samples but I thought I'd share pictures of at least part of the finished projects just now, then when I can I will upload the full things (in about a week). Hope you all have fab weekends planned and that the weather is not too bad... I know it's forecast for pretty bad rain here so I'm hoping that the wee weather man is wrong.

House mouse

There's a few wee critters around my house today in the form of some lovely House Mouse decoupage... I've just spent hours cutting out 8 different images and here they all are, waiting to be put together... Off to do that now so I can get them all put together in their new little book... Ain't they cute.
