My gorgeous chest!

Well folks I had a lovely surprise at work today when I was given some fabby presents including this absolutely gorgeous hand painted chest.  Isn't it just stunning!!! 

I'm lucky to work with such fab people.  We share fun & laughter as well as worries and woes,  tea, coffee,  biscuits etc etc etc lol.   We work hard and are there for each other.   Not very often you find that in a work environment so I feel truly blessed.

Well folks it's been a few days as there's been lots going on but I've still managed to fit in a little bit of knitting in the evenings when I've been chilling.   Current work in progress is a hooded baby cardigan.. first part complete.. The back.  Now I just have 2 side panels, 2 sleeves and a hood left to do.  I may be some time as I'm  not the quickest of knitters lol

Well last weekend when I was at the trade show my dear friend Susan Jones owner of Crafty Bunch in Telford brought along a bag of goodies for me..  3 fabulous sets of Tim Holtz goodies!!! 

I do love the love heart she drew on the bag for me too lol.  I sure am blessed to have the wonderful friends I have in life. 

Now I need to get all the mundane stuff out the way so I can get some crafty time to play with these gorgeous babies.

Day 2 at Stitches began with the gorgeous Hels Sheridan joining us which needless to say led to some madness before we even entered the show.

Fantastic journey down to Birmingham on Saturday until I was 10 miles from my destination then I get stuck on the M5 for 2.5 hours!   Lol
